Loger Wanted - Bedroom/Office/Bathroom

As my current lodger is relocating, the vacant room, bathroom and office in my house is opening up.

Chesterton is a quiet village close to Newcastle under Lyme and within 15 mins drive to the hospital or the university.

The property is right next to a Coop, doctors, pharmacy and there are plenty of takeaways and pubs in walking distance.

The room is a double with a double bed, bedside tables, bedside lamps, a large chest of drawers, cubes for extra storage and a mirror. There is also a tv, pillows, duvet and bedding. You would have your own bathroom with over bath shower including waterfall shower.

You will also have your own office fully furnished.

The property has a washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, gas oven, airfryer and stove and a shared fridge freezer. There is a dining table in the kitchen too.

There is a well kept garden which you would have access to too with seating and sunloungers (albeit this is the UK so only applicable for like 2 days a year).

I do have 2 cats so im looking for someone who likes cats and will respect that they are indoor cats and therefore dont leave windows and doors open and be mindful of things that are toxic to cats. In return you can have all the cuddles, puuurs and petting opportunities you want :)

This is an adult households so no parties or people running in and out. That being said, I wouldn’t mind someone who wants to have a glass of wine together once in a while.

Im looking for a unicorn lodger. A respectful adult who won’t have loads of guests without telling me, who is clean and respectful and who will dote on the felines.

The rent includes all utilities, WIFI and Netflix.

There is curb-side parking available.

This will be suitable for someone who wants the in-between of shared spaces to reduce costs but also like some private space and isn’t keen on sharing with 5-6 other people making noise and mess.
