There are 2 bathrooms in the house, one with shower/bath and one without. There is a conservatory with a sofa which is a nice social space for tenants. Bills include WiFi and Water, excluding gas and electric and are typically £50 a month for the house. Located at ST5 , close to Sainsburys and Morrisons, 10 minute walk to Newcastle centre. There is a bus stop 2 minute walk away and plenty of on street parking.
