The room has two double wardrobes, two bedside cabinets and an ensuite shower room.
The kitchen has just been refitted, use of washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer etc. There is a separate lounge with 50 inch TV and separate dining room available which is an additional one to the one I use. The property also has wifi throughout which is included in the rent .

The house is set in a quiet village location, on the edge of Cannock Chase, there is a pub within walking distance (3 minutes), 5 minute drive to Rugeley, 15 mins to Lichfield.
Ample off road parking is available.

Please note this is a property where you would benefit from having transport or like walking the 20 /25 minutes into Rugeley town centre. The accommodation would suit a professional person who is looking for a lovley quite area to live, but where transport links to the M6 is easily accessible ,as is the train to London from Rugeley Trent Valley .
This is my home and so I am looking for someone who is considerate. If you would like to know anything about the local area, just ask and I will do my best to answer them :-)
Apparently I have to include the council tax band in the advert .... so it is band F :-)

The garden has ample seating to relax in and if you are lucky spot some deer in the field .
