A fully furnished room for single occupancy only, includes a double bed along with a wardrobe, drawers, desk and chair.

Housemates keep the place very clean and tidy along with the cleaner who goes in each fortnight.

A Holding Deposit equivalent to 1 weeks rent is applicable upon reserving a room. This £ will then go towards your first months rent. We do not usually require a deposit - however, if you don't meet the required standards during the application/referencing process - a small deposit may be required.
