👋🏽 Double room available in a refurbished house.

Bills will be split between the three of us. They won’t be much: the cheapest A-band council tax, a new gas boiler system, a top-efficient induction hob/cooker, and an A-rated efficiency washing machine, etc.

A peaceful and quiet place — no smoking or drinking, and no loud music or parties. We have two busy working adults who love to travel 🌍🧳.

Perfect for a professional or student who prefers peace and quiet, and needs to be able to sleep at any required time (e. g., after a night shift).

We can help you with moving your things, getting a bed, and installing storage shelves (there’s also a cellar in the house for extra storage), etc.

We also have a spare fridge and freezer if you need more space.
