The house is very spacious and the bedrooms are all very large and furnished in a modern style. They each have a lock, TV aerial point, and excellent signal from the fibre broadband wifi.

There is a very large split level kitchen which is over equipped to make sharing easier, with 2 x washing machines, 2 x tumble dryers, 1 x dishwasher, 2 x microwaves and 2 x fridge freezers between 5.

I am looking to fill the house with friendly and considerate tenants who will look after the place as if it is their own. In return I am an honest and fair landlord who will always be quick to solve any problems you might have at the house. I do not use an agent and you will only ever deal with me personally.
