The house is very spacious and the bedrooms are all decorated and furnished in a modern style. They each have a lock, TV aerial point, and excellent signal from the fibre broadband wifi.

There is a good sized kitchen which is over equipped to make sharing easier, with 2 x microwaves and 2 x fridge freezers between 6. There is also 2x washing machines and 2x tumble dryers in the house.

Great location close to town and Asda supermarket. The house has two bathrooms. Also a courtyard style garden.

I am looking to fill the house with friendly and considerate tenants who will look after the place as if it is their own. In return I am an honest and fair landlord who will always be quick to solve any problems you might have at the house. I do not use an agent and you will only ever deal with me personally.

The house is fully licensed with the council and meets all quality, health and safety regulations. I take my responsibilities as a landlord seriously and do things properly.
