This nice, stylish room is for single occupancy only.

You'll be in good proximity to the town and the train station giving you access to a great social life for shops, clubs and gyms. Just over 5mins to town, train station and Tesco.

Friendly, clean, tidy housemates. All working in medical, IT and admin careers.

There is a nice shared kitchen, TV lounge and dining table so you don't have to spend all of your time in your room. Two bathrooms, one with a double ended bath for the essential wind down time!

Cleaner goes in every fortnight to do all communal areas.

A Holding Deposit of one weeks worth of rent will be required upon reserving a room. This £HD will then go towards your 1st rent payment which is payable before you move in.

No deposit required most of the time. However, some circumstances may deem it necessary for us to ask for a deposit.

Council tax is included whilst whole house is banded as one property.
TV license not included for your own room. However there is a shared TV in the lounge covered by a license.

Free street parking between 6pm and 8am and all day Sat and Sun. A parking Permit is required if you want to park between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday only; you can purchase from the council. Alternatively, there is 24hour free parking a couple of streets away.
