All bills included with wifi. There is a cleaner for communal areas (not your rooms, only you have a key to them.)

Each bedroom has a lock on the door, aerial point and blinds. The rooms will be furnished with a double bed, bedside table, desk, wardrobe and chest of draws.

The bathrooms are high spec with extra large 900mm showers, basin, toilet and towel rail. Everything in the bathrooms was new in 2018.

The house also had a new boiler and was carpeted, redecorated throughout in 2018.

There is no water surcharge despite you having your own en suite. There is also a brand new high spec boiler to give excellent pressure and availability of hot water.
