Upon moving in, we require the first month’s rent and the security deposit ( 5 Weeks), which will be under the TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme).

We ask for a holding fee (equivalent of 1 week's rent) to allow for referencing and agreements. The property will not be offered to anyone else during this time. The holding deposit paid will be deducted from your first month's rent
