👯I bought this house with my best friend. She doesn’t live here anymore. i need help with the cost of living and i like having the company a lodger provides.

Basically You will have two landlords but one is very rarley here and stays as a guest on the sofa bed when she is working locally as GP. Which is very rare. 24 hours Notice will be given.
