Looking for a room near Royal Stoke? We are two doctors offering a large, furnished double in our Penkhull home, around a 15-minute walk from the hospital. £525 pcm includes bills, council tax and Wi-Fi, and off-road parking is available.

You would be our only lodger, sharing with us and our two ragdoll cats. You will have use of the shared kitchen with a large fridge and dishwasher, a washer-dryer, living room, bathroom and garden/patio.

All-new furniture, including a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair - with space to study or work.

LOCATION & PARKING
Our home is on Barnfield, Penkhull, Stoke-on-Trent (ST4). Royal Stoke University Hospital is approximately a 15-minute walk or 3-minute drive away. Off-road parking is available at the property.

FLEXIBLE SHORT STAYS
Available now, with a minimum stay of one month. We’re offering the room until around April 2027, with exact move-in and leaving dates open to discussion. Healthcare students are very welcome, including those on clinical placements. The room could also suit anyone looking for a temporary home in Stoke. You don’t need to work at the hospital to enquire.

Rent: £525 per calendar month, including bills, council tax and Wi-Fi.
Deposit: £525.
Council tax band B (included in the rent).

ABOUT THE HOUSEHOLD
I am Theo, the live-in owner, and I live here with my partner. We are both doctors. Our two ragdoll cats are part of the household, so please bear this in mind if you have allergies.

The room is for one person. No smoking or additional pets, please.
