I keep my house nice and clean, it is pretty modern and easy to maintain.

If you like walking there are plenty of walks close by as I'm not to far from the countryside too.

I don't smoke but If you do that's fine there is a covered area just outside in the garden for you.

I am quite a social person but also respect peoples privacy.

I would prefer mature professional people that work in the daytime as I run my business from home.
