The kitchen is fully equipped with a large cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven and plenty of cupboard and storage space. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer and we also provide a vacuum cleaner and iron with ironing board.
There is also an additional inter-connecting kitchen that is shared by only two rooms.
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to move in and live, so we also provide pots, pans and cooking utensils and enough crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses for all tenants living in the house. There is a mop & bucket, dustpan and brush and various cleaning items that you might need! In addition, we also provide a regular cleaner for all communal areas.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, just £250 which is refunded upon check out as long as everything OK with room and up to date with rent.
