Brand new king-size room to rent

Hi. I'm looking to rent out my spare room in Stone, Staffordshire. The house is set on a quiet area of a new build estate not overlooked by anyone. There is a driveway with space for 2 cars. You will have access to a shared bathroom upstairs but there is also a guest toilet downstairs which can be used. There is a lounge, kitchen/dining area, aswell as access into the garden with seating area and bbq.
All bills are included but there is no TV aerial in the property. Streaming devices allowed.
The room has a king size bed. One triple wardrobe and one chest of drawers available to use. The door currently has no lock but this can be installed if required

I have a small friendly cockapoo that occasionally stays with me when I'm not working so must like pets.

Just a few minutes drive into stone you'll find a good selection of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops etc

Looking for someone for a short term let but may extend for the right person.
