Hi. I'm looking to rent out my spare room in Stone, Staffordshire. The house is set on a quiet area of a new build estate not overlooked by anyone. There is a driveway with space for 2 cars, one for me and one for you. You will have access to a shared bathroom upstairs but there is also a guest toilet downstairs which can be used. There is a lounge, kitchen/dining area, aswell as access into the garden with seating area and bbq.
All bills are included but there is no TV aerial in the property. Streaming devices allowed.
The room has a king size bed. One triple wardrobe and one chest of drawers available to use.
I have a small friendly cockapoo that occasionally stays with me when I'm not working so must like pets.
Just a few minutes drive into stone you'll find a good selection of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops etc
