Located in a new build estate within Denny, the house is a spacious 4 bedroom detached house with garage, front/back gardens with decking and gazebo to rear. 3 toilets, 2 of which are shower/bathrooms. The entire upstairs was recently re-carpeted, the room available for rent hasn't been used since. Double car drive, with space for 1 car for the tenant renting.
The room available is a double room, with toilet and bath/shower directly opposite. This will be your own bathroom which no one else would use. There is a living room which I personally don't use much. A sofa is located within the kitchen/dining area.
There is a dressing room with dressing table/mirror/lights, which you'd have full use of, again, you would have sole use of this area, if required. A double wardrobe is within a seperate bedroom/dressing room that you would have use of.
I'm ideally looking for someone, preferably female, who maintains a high standard of cleanliness, which is already upheld, organised, considerate and respectful.
I operate and run a small business and as a result, working hours can vary. Most Sunday's I scuba dive, so generally not around then.
I do have a dog which lives in the house (a beagle) he isn't really allowed upstairs, and although sometimes hangs around the top landing waiting for me to come out the shower etc, he won't go in any of the rooms.
Excellent links to both M80 (to Glasgow) and M9 (to Edinburgh), local bus route to Glasgow & Falkirk are 300 metres from the house.
