Room for rent

I will have a room ready to rent out by the end of March.
I work from home 4 days per week and do this from my living room.
I have 2 cats and my flatmate also has one cat.
I do not have off road parking available but I live a 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stops that takes you to Stirling (25mins), Falkirk (25mins) and Glasgow (55mins) for anyone who uses public transport.
I am just getting the place decorated slowly but surely, so will add photo's of the room once it is completed.
