Newly refurbished room to rent, less than 2 min walk from the retail park and bus stop and 7 min walk to Grahamston train station.

The room has a large wardrobe with a new bed and mattress. There is a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. There is a ground floor toilet as well as the main bathroom upstairs. The living/dining room is large and there is a nice garden out the back too.

There is also a seperate office room which you are welcome to use when I'm in the office or you are could put your own desk in the guest bedroom.

I have a friendly dog (black poodle so non shedding). I enjoy going on walks with the dog. I also enjoy rock climbing, baking and reading.

There is on street bay parking opposite the house and it is on a no through road
