I'm Ros! (short for Rosiaina). I live with my friend Paul.

We are both working professionals with a youthful energy! We stay in a fully furnished, ground floor flat (small, basic but homely), with a small communal garden, 2 min walk from Tesco & 7 mins from Stirling train station. The University bus leaves from end of our street. There is on-street parking outside. Our third room-mate is leaving (after nearly 2yrs) to provde support for her close friend, so her spacious, simple double room is available for rent soon.

£605/mth includes all bills.

We are both easygoing, kind, reliable, tidy and respectful. We enjoy company but also really appreciate own space/quiet time.

We share our living space with my two very calm, well-trained and affectionate rescue dogs - Hamish and Barney, both age 8. And an 13yr old cat called Echo. The pets are my responsibility & I take care of their needs, but I would love it if you were someone open to very occasional pet-sitting? They are open to cuddles from any animal lovers, sociable & are extremely well behaved so if you enjoy the company of pets this is the home for you!

We're looking for someone mature and kind who plans to live in Stirling long-term, is clean & tidy, who also enjoys a mixture of time on their own, combined with very occasional social time/meal sharing etc. And someone who feels relaxed about communciating their needs whilst being open to hearing ours.

There is a shared bathroom (shower), small shared lounge & small shared kitchen. The flat is fully furnished (inc fully equipped kitchen utensils & crockery, fridge & washing machine). NB There is minimal communal storage so the space would suit someone with very few possessions!

New tenant would need to evidence employment income or, if a student, provide a UK guarantor. Application, deposit & references via our current landlord would be necessary & you would be on our tenancy agreement with full tenants rights.
