A lovely place to call home away from home

Super happy to wait for the right person, so no rush. It’s very much a girls pad (no boys, sorry)

A furnished double room in a ground floor flat which has three bedrooms in total, two bathrooms, a kitchen/diner and a glorious walled garden. NB. No livingroom. The flat has its own main front and back door and your room would come with a double bed + bedding, cupboard, desk, dresser, lamp, curtains and large mirror. It’s a calm, super quiet, and impeccably clean traditional flat that I’ve put lots of effort into making a safe-haven, filled with nice smells, flowers and morning sun through the large shuttered windows. This place would suit a professional that works locally in stirling or a commuter to the city of Glasgow / Edinburgh / Perth due to incredible train links, a short 8 minutes walk away. It would suit a girl that likes to live a lovely life, who is very clean, tidy and respectful and likes a chat every now and again over coffee in the kitchen but values their own time and space. Myself and my flatmate lead busy routined lives, and are sometimes passing ships in the night when it comes to seeing one another in the flat, so don’t expect huge amounts of company from us (nothing personal hahaha!)

There is permit parking on the street, directly in front or free parking round the corner.
