Room for rent Broomridge area of Stirling

Room for rent in a 3 bed detatched house in a quiet area of Stirling, about 25 mins walk, 10 mins cycle from the center.

Bus stop < 60 seconds walk from the front door.

House has off-street parking, and all bills are included, usual 'Lodger Agreement' will be in force. Rent monthly in advance at £575 pcm.

The room is a double room with a decent amount of storage, house has a shower room upstairs and a separate toilet downstairs. Shared use of lounge, kitchen, conservatory.

I, myself am 55 and work in Medical Device Electronics. I do my best to fail to act my age, my varied hobbies and interests tend to assist with this!

I work from home and thus, I guess I would prefer a lodger who has a mon-fri on premises '9-5' job. Students esp post-grad welcome, but do note that the house is the opposite side of Stirling vs the Uni!

I am very outdoosy, my main hobbies being hill walking, bike packing, mountain biking, ski touring, rock climbing, and pack rafting.

I have has two previous lodgers, both of whom worked out very well. The first was with me for 11 months before buying somewhere and the second was a medical student on a 4 month placement at the hospital in Larbert (easy by bus)
