I'm looking for a flatmate to share a furnished 2-bedroom flat in Upper Craigs, right in Stirling city centre.

The available room is a cosy double with a bed and built-in wardrobe. The flat has a shared living room with sofas and dining area, a separate fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, and a bathroom with a bath and shower.

The location is really convenient, with shops, supermarkets, the train and bus stations all within walking distance, as well as transport links to the University of Stirling.

Rent: £475 per month, plus bills (roughly £525–£550 total per person).

Deposit: £475 (subject to confirmation).

You'll be sharing with me, a fourth-year student at the University of Stirling. I'm looking for someone tidy, respectful and easy to get along with. Ideally another student or young professional.
