1 room available (solo occupancy) to rent in a 3 bed house sharing with me (female landlord aged 47), 1 other lodger and a friendly cat.

The house is located in a tranquil end of cul-de-sac position on the edge of Whins of Milton (FK7 ONG) with views over a mature garden and ancient scheduled monument land to Bannockburn.

On street parking is available outside the house or there's a bus stop a few minutes walk away with a regular half hourly service to Stirling City centre (20 minute journey) and the University / Global Voices (40 minute journey). A hairdressers, doctors surgery, pharmacy and shop are also within walking distance.

Rent includes all bills, towels and bed linen with shared use of kitchen, bathroom, living room and garden also included, (you just need to buy your own food and laundry detergent!)

The kitchen includes microwave/oven/grill, washing machine, tumble dryer and a multitude of crockery / bakeware.

The house is in a very quiet area, so probably not suitable if you love loud music till the wee hours, but if you like a glass of wine and relaxing in the garden on a sunny evening (or a mug of mulled wine in front of the tele in the winter) then it might be ideal.
