Rooms consists of a Double Bed, large built in wardrobe, with large shelf, hanging space, storage unit, large TV, large desk & chair. Microwave, kettle & toaster.
Quiet location, Room allocated to the rear of the property overlooking fields.
Very large private garden.
No smoking allowed in our home but outside, no problem.
Bathroom consists of Bath, Walk In Shower, Hand Basin and Toilet.
We have an 8 year old husky who is very friendly, so must like dogs.
Holding deposit of £300 is required to secure the room (non refundable), however will be taken off when you move in.
£350 is required the day you move in, then £650 pcm thereafter.
