The house has recently been refurbished, so everything is fairly new. You would have access to and share two bathrooms with one other person and happy for one bathroom to be a designated bathroom for each.
There are two living rooms, large kitchen and dining area. There is an outdoor seating area as well.

It is a rural location, but there is plenty of off road parking. 5 mins from the A12 and then 10 mins from Colchester and Ipswich. 10 mins drive to Manningtree train station.

Must be cat friendly in the shared space, but they are fairly illusive.
