Double bedroom available for single tenant in lovely Victorian semi detached home, with huge garden.

You will have access to all communal areas of the house including: living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and garden. On street parking outside the house. Smokers welcome but outside please.

Current housemates are myself and my partner (although we will be moving out soon and letting our room out too), and 1 other lodger (male). We are all in our 30’s, working professionals and are quite laid back, relaxed and friendly but mostly do our own things. The new tenant will be relaxed, friendly and have a reliable income, as well as clean up after themselves in communal areas, and contribute towards communal cleaning (although we are looking to getting a cleaner soon). We also have a cat (and occasional dog) living at the property so must like animals!

We have a big 50m garden which you have full access too, and also have a fire pit at the bottom of the garden which you are welcome to use. We also on a rare occasion throw the odd party which you will be invited too!

Bramford is a quiet village with great access to the a14, and local amenities in the village such as a co- op, cafe, Indian, Chinese etc. We are also not far from town centre (10 minute drive).

New tenant may have the creative freedom to decorate their bedroom as they wish- and we are happy to supply a tin of paint of your choice- as well as any other adjustments you’d like to make- we will be happy to help. 😊
