Rooms available

A choice of two rooms. Both double rooms, in a spacious house in a lovely village in South Norfolk. One has a wardrobe, one doesn't, but both have chests of drawers and smart TV's. One room has a standard double bed, the other is king size. Best to view and choose what you prefer.

There is free on-street parking in Brockdish. It is a beautiful village with an amazing pub. The food and drink is top quality and the setting could not be better. The house is 4 bedroom, with one prson permantly renting a room, plus myself and two cats. If you don't like cats please don't apply.

No dogs are allowed here, sorry, and no smoking indoors whatsover, there are places outside to smoke. There are two out door areas with tables and parasols for eating outside, and a large high end BBQ.

The house is spacious, with large hallway, bar area and large very well equipped Kitchen. Plenty of creature comforts. Bar in the hallway. You will have your own cupboard space for food. There is a shower room, washing machine, clothes dryer, and bathroom with another shower. You will have a drawer for washing powder etc if you like. Some other storage. Its really comfortable, and cosy in winter with a woodburner to sit near too.

I am happy to create a weekly lodging contract, it will be £200 per week.

I am open minded about couples so please contact me and let me know the specific situation and I can see about accommodating this. It cannot be a permanent situation however, this is temporary accomodation, at least initially, and one month is all I would guarantee, whilst reserving the right to ask you to leave anytime and for any reason. I am reasonable however, and would honour my agreement unless there was a very good reason not to, as set out in the contract. One week or month notice depending on our agreement.
