Description
Quiet double room in a central village location, 2 minutes walk from the station, plenty of on street parking, good bus links to Colchester and Sudbury.
All bills are included in the rent: fast WiFi, various streaming services on TV. Washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker, dishwasher, microwave and air fryer.
The house is a 4 bed semi with one other occupant, me, but I'm away most of the time. You will share the kitchen, lounge, garden but will have your own bedroom and wc/shower room. Your room has a double bed with a new mattress, wardrobe, dressing table and chair. There's room for a chest of drawers which I can supply if needed.
Local amenities include two pubs, a tea room, a corner shop, post office and community centre. Lots of social groups and things to do, it's a great community if you want to join in or switch off and enjoy the quiet.
