Weekdays Monday to Friday (or Sun to Thurs) to suit working days in Bury St Edmunds
Double room available after Christmas 2025.

The room will not be used by anyone else at any time.

Linen, bedding and towels are provided. We also include a weekly linen change, vacuum and dusting for the room (unless not preferred) as well as a deep clean of the bathroom which is mainly used by the lodger. We are happy to include your laundry on a weekly or as needed basis.
Ironing is not included but equipment is available in the room.


Fibre Broadband all throughout.

Kitchen is fully equipped with airfryer, hob/ oven, fridge/ freezer, microwave, washing machine, crockery, cutlery, utensils etc.

Cleaning after use of kitchen and spillages in shared areas is essential.

Smoking is not permitted in the house but there is a sheltered area in the garden. Free roadside parking (safe residential area) is always available.

This is the western part of town, near West Suffolk Hospital (20 mins walk, 5 mins drive), easy access to A14.
Walking distance to town center is approximately 20 mins, bus stop at 150 meters. One Stop shop, and laundrette are approximately a five minutes walk, Tesco Express, Chippy, Post Office, Pub, Butchers, Coffee Shop are at 10 mins walk, West Suffolk college is approximately a 15 minute Walk.

We do have two dogs, due to each of our occupations starting / finishing times we tend to go to sleep earlier than average and the four legs sleep with us mostly.

Of course you are not required to fall in love head over heels with our dogs but it is essential to have a bit of a softspot for canines :)
Both of us are full DBS clear.
