Double room, 20 mins walk hospital, college, town

Double room with seating area and desk for a professional. Shared kitchen, shared garden, free and safe roadside parking . Bathroom mainly used by the lodger, no lounge share.

We are a live in couple, working full time hours for 5 days a week.

Adjusted rate available for 5 days per week occupancy if preferred.

Linen, bedding and towels are available. We include your laundry on a weekly, or as needed basis, ready for your week ahead.

Ironing equipment is provided in the room.

Fibre Broadband all throughout.

Kitchen is fully equipped with airfryer, hob/ oven, fridge/ freezer, microwave, washing machine, crockery, cutlery, utensils etc.

Cleaning up after use of the kitchen, shower and toilet (the main bathroom will be mainly yours as we have a separate bathroom) and equipment, as well as spillages in shared areas is essential.

There are security measures in the home which will need to be adhered to.

Smoking is not permitted in the house but there is a sheltered area in the garden. Free roadside parking (safe residential area) is always available.

This is the western part of town, near West Suffolk Hospital (20 mins walk, 3 mins drive), easy access to A14.
Walking distance to town center is approximately 20 mins, bus stop at 150 meters. One Stop shop, laundrette are approximately a five minutes walk, Tesco Express, Chippy, Post Office, Pub, Butchers, Coffee Shop are at 10 mins walk, West Suffolk college is approximately a 15 minute Walk.

We do have two dogs, due to start times of our respective occupations we tend to go to settle in our room not too late and the dogs are with us so we consider our set up as fairly quiet yet relaxed.

Both of us are full DBS clear.
