Room available in family house, females only

Female lodger (sorry, no males, no couples) wanted for single upstairs bedroom with shared bathroom in detached family home on West side of Bury St Edmunds. Off-street parking and garage for bikes. 15 minutes walk from town centre and college, easy access to amenities and hospital.

Spacious home, use of all facilities including kitchen and kitchen equipment, front room, dining/sitting room, big garden and 2 bathrooms.

Bills, WiFi, communal stuff like toilet paper, handwash, dishwasher soap, cleaning products etc (not laundry soap) are included in the monthly rent. We hope you will clean up after yourself in communal spaces.

Home occupied by mum (me), 2 beautiful (I'm not biased of course), well behaved (mostly!) kids aged 18 and 20, but 20-year-old is at Uni now, so away during term times. A second lodger lives in the other rental bedroom. My partner is often around at nights and weekends but does not live here. The room will be available from Nov 7th.

I am kind and thoughtful, and friendly in a quiet way; I work randomly at the moment, including sometimes from home so need and like my own space, and would respect yours.
