In the room there’s a double bed which is cosy as well as tv with chromecast/ wardrobe / drawers / heater

It’s completely furnished and every single cost is included, I’ve had messages asking so thought I’d clarify. I’m bury born and bred I just want someone to look after my place and respect it 👍

This is an exceptional advert on this site as you personally get the use of the whole flat but I have to stipulate that this room is for a single / private / respectful person and you don’t make noise and disturb my downstairs neighbours 👍

Would suit a cat lover as my cat Alan lives there and would be helpful to have someone feed him - he comes and goes via the cat flap and is a sweetheart !

This is the important part and needs to be agreed as I’ve had several nightmares in last couple of years and has caused numerous problems : 👇🏻

The place needs to be clean/tidy and treated with respect. You’re renting a room but getting use of the whole flat but that doesn’t mean having friends / guests round. Would suit a quiet professional person.

You would be sharing with my friend Lucy so we are hoping to find an easy going and very clean and tidy lady to share with her. Last 2 lodgers have been filthy hoarders so if you think piling pizza boxes and beer cans beside your bed is ok please don’t bother 👍 I could write a book on the weirdos that have stayed at my flat, it’s sad and unreal.

5 mins from co-op by the college / 3 mins from the arc and town centre.

Parking for cars : you can buy a permit for about £60 which allows you to park in chalk road or Victoria street … there are numerous 1 hour bays in Victoria street which doesn’t require a permit and I’ve never received a ticket from parking longer in these but numerous people ask about parking so thought I’d add this in 👍

£640 month rent on moving in and £640 month deposit required straight away if you decide to take the place.

I’m very fair and honest so expect it back in return 👍
