Double room in Bury St edmunds centre - 23rd March

Due to being let down I have a room available 23rd March 2024

In the room there’s a double bed which is cosy as well as tv / wardrobe / drawers / heater
This is an exceptional advert on this site as you personally get the use of the whole flat but I have to stipulate that this room is for a single / private / respectful person and you don’t make noise and disturb my downstairs neighbours 👍

Would suit a cat lover as my cat Alan lives there and would be helpful to have someone feed him - he comes and goes via the cat flap and is a sweetheart !

This is the important part and needs to be agreed as I’ve had several nightmares in last couple of years and has caused numerous problems : 👇🏻

The place needs to be clean/tidy and treated with respect. You’re renting a room but getting use of the whole flat but that doesn’t mean having friends / guests round. Would suit a quiet professional person.

5 mins from co-op by the college / 3 mins from the arc and town centre.

Parking for cars : you can buy a permit for about £60 which allows you to park in chalk road or Victoria street … there are numerous 1 hour bays in Victoria street which doesn’t require a permit and I’ve never received a ticket from parking longer in these but numerous people ask about parking so thought I’d add this in 👍

£600 month rent on moving in and £600 month deposit required straight away if you decide to take the place.

Council tax is band A - it’s included in the cost and I’ve kept the cost as 50/50 split on the actual costs of mortgage + bills and includes recent increase in energy and mortgage prices …… if it goes up in future then it needs to be agreed to any increase in cost and if it goes down rent will be deducted. I’m very fair and honest so expect it back in return 👍
