Clean, comfortable and furnished, small single bedroom for single occupancy available in a modern, friendly house share in Bury St Edmunds ONLY SHARED WITH THREE OTHER PEOPLE.

You will need a good credit history as we will credit check you and carry out references.

A holding deposit is payable once you are committed and decide to take the room and complete your application. This equates to one weeks rent.

We also have a price cap for our utility bills.

The house is located off Tollgate Lane which is approx 20 min walk to town, located 10 min walk to West Suffolk Council and Local supermarket Asda.

All bills included. Free, unlimited wi-fi broadband included.

Clean house, a weekly cleaner is included to clean communal areas and cleaning disposables are replenished regularly. We want a tenant who is very tidy, quiet and respectful of others whilst living in a shared house. Must be with good employment history.

We require a months notice when leaving.

Short or long term stay welcome.

No deposit required, only a holding deposit.

There are no more fees to pay even if you later swap between our rooms and houses or if you leave and return another time.

No live-in children (those visiting are OK). No pets. No couples. Smoking outside only. Applicants over 22 years of age only.

Single working person prefeered please although an occasional overnight guest is welcome in your own room.

Established full time landlord with good reputation and management team. We regularly visit the houses to ensure safety is met and there is a harmonious house for all.
