This is a Monday to Friday let's Only Double Room Basis with Ensuite!!

D/room with ensuite at £700 per month (Inclusive of ALL Bills Wifi) it is in a modern semi on the Moreton hall estate.(10 mins walk into BSE and only 5 mins to shopping/Dr/Hairdresser/beauty shop/cafe )

I was a medical professional of 68, recently Retired now! Yippee

My friends and family are important to me, so entertain in my home during wknds. But during wk, its only lunchtimes i entertain, so not disruptive to my lodger.

So during wk, its a quiet household, with no pets ,loud music, etc.

My present lodger has been with me 2 years now, n very sad to see him go, n would be happy im sure to give a Reference on me, as I insist on References from yr employer n character references too

It would suit a Gentleman, that returns each wknd to his family, as all my lodgers have done over past 8 years!

I am very easygoing, but do like my home to be neat and tidy, and would like someone who is respectful of these surroundings! as I have spent 8 years Renovating my home to a high standard.

There are no pets or children now, so this is a very quiet peaceful home to live in n come home too after a busy day in the office. Ideally suited to a professional person working full-time, but returns to his own home/family, during the weekends, someone that enjoys a bit of peace and quiet when he returns home from work.
