This is not a house share but a home and I'm looking for a lodger. It's a 4 bedroom semi detached house with a large driveway, patio and garden.

Cleanliness and courtesy is a must and not something that will be compromised on.

There are two spare bedrooms but I'm only looking for one additional lodger. The room is bright, overlooking the garden and very well presented having been decorated from top to bottom. There is a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The house has a new kitchen including dishwasher, hot tap and all modern conveniences. A seperate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a large dining table to seat 8. The bathroom is new and modern with a seperate shower and jacuzzi bath. Superfast fibre broadband is also available.

- There is a driveway large enough for 4+ cars and no permit on street parking.
- All utility bills and council tax are included.
- Local amenities, within a short distance are shops such as Asda, Dunelm etc...
