We have a lovely furnished room available in a lovely location, just outside of Ipswich Centre. Free, off road parking is available at the property.

Beautifully appointed, stylish and comfortable double rooms in an amazing shared house that is currently occupied by a mix of male and female professional working tenants.

This large semi-rural property has been transformed into a comfortable, stylish and spacious shared house that includes a fully equipped kitchen, a utility room, large communal spaces, conservatory, secure storage for bikes and off-street parking and private garden with countryside views..
The large communal space has comfy sofas and chairs, a flat screen TV, breakfast bar and large dining table creating a fabulous social space.
Two rooms have en-suite shower rooms. Two separate main bathrooms.

one simple all-inclusive monthly fee (6 month minimum contract) will include:
1. All fittings, furniture in your private room (you’ll need to supply your own bed-linen),
2. Full access and use of the communal kitchen, lounge/dining area, community spaces,
3. All bills (gas, electricity, water and broadband),
4. TV license (for the TV in the community space only),
7. A cleaner (weekly cleaning of the communal areas. Individual room cleaning can be arranged at extra cost),
8. A gardener (monthly maintenance of lawn, flower beds and hard landscaping). Patio table and chairs for outside dining and socialising,
9. A property manager

Each room in the house has been designed to be comfortable and suitable for home-working.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes everything you might reasonably need:
A five-ring hob, two ovens, microwave, dishwasher, two fridge-freezers, washing machine and a separate washer/dryer.

Each housemate has their own kitchen cupboard and there’s plenty of additional kitchen storage.

As for location, we think it’s perfect – an easy commute to either Ipswich, Colchester or Felixstowe. Close to the A12 with easy access to the A14. A short drive to the Copdock Interchange Retail Park and central Ipswich for the Waterfront, bars, restaurants, coffee shops and retail. Also very easy access to Capel St Mary local shops and a cycle ride to the local pub. Postcode IP8 3JH.

Rooms vary in facility and size hence different price points. Two with ensuites, one with balcony and countryside views, two large doubles, one standard double. All rooms have comfortable beds and more than adequate storage and wardrobe space.

Professional, working people and post grads welcome - minimum age 22, no pets and no smoking inside house. Sorry no couples.
