I have a spare room in my quiet two bedroom house in a village just outside of Newmarket, and looking for a lodger. The house is perfect for two people to share, with a generous kitchen and large modern bathroom and huge garden.
I have lived in the property for several years and have furnished it to a high standard.
I like to socialise but when I'm at home, I am quite quiet and keep things clean and tidy.
Looking for a lodger for the spare room, ideal lodger would be a professional who is like-minded and wants a calm, clean and peaceful place to live.
