House share in the East Wing of our home

The bedroom is a double sized bedroom (16' x 10') on the second floor with a single bed. You have your own toilet and sink on the ground floor and share a shower room with the female live in landlord.

There is tastefully decorated double aspect lounge (16'x 16') available for shared use. This has a sofa, tv & stand, desk & chair and dining table and chairs. The light in this room is fabulous all day as the house is south facing, so it is bright all day.

Next to the lounge there is a kitchen with a microwave, air fryer, fridge / freezer, washer & dryer & other kitchen amenities.

The entire house was fully refurbished to a high standard in 2021 / 2022.

Parking is available on the gated drive.

We have a large garden, over 1.5 acres and it is a very quiet and peaceful area, with the house being set back from the road.

The entrance to the East Wing is through the side entrance.

We have two dogs and chickens. Finningham is a quiet village with a church and a pub and some shops & pubs within walking distance. Although there is a lot to get involved in socially if you are inclined.

We are looking for someone quiet and clean, who doesn't work at home more than say a day a week. No couples.

I'm looking for a female lodger as they will be sharing my shower room with me. The other lodger has his own en suite.

Would do a reduced rent for a Monday to Friday let of £450. Would be happy to take a male lodger if it is a Monday to Friday let only.
