House share in the East Wing of our home

The first bedroom is a double aspect double bedroom (16' x 10') with ensuite. This is on the first floor. This is £800 per month.)

The second bedroom is a single bedroom with a shared bathroom. This is on the second floor. This is £500 per month. The room is 16' x 11'. You can fit a single bed in here easily with a lot of spare room (the photos don't do it justice). I will purchase the bed & furniture - it's recently been used as a lounge.

There is tastefully decorated double aspect lounge (16'x 16') available for shared use. This currently has a sofa, tv, desk & chair. I can add a dining table and chairs. The light in this room is fabulous all day as the house is south facing, so it fills with light all day.

Downstairs there is also a wc for shared use.

Next to the lounge there is a kitchenette with room for a microwave, air fryer, fridge / freezer, washer & dryer.

Parking is available on the gated drive.

We have a large garden, over 1.5 acres, which you are welcome to use .

The entrance to the East Wing is through the side entrance.

We have two dogs and chickens. Finningham is a quiet village with a church and a pub and a few shops & pubs within walking distance. Although there is a lot to get involved in socially.

We are looking for someone quiet. We are looking for a single professional who doesn't work at home more than say a day a week. No couples.

Would do a reduced rent for a Monday to Friday let.
