Local transport links to Bury St Edmunds and Sudbury, which offers a train station with further links to Colchester and London.
The room itself is furnished and comfortable with lots of storage space.
I am able to offer a seperate lounge for tenant use.
Shared bathroom with seperate shared toilet and well equipped newly fitted kitchen with own fridge and freezer.
Lovely garden with access to a comfortable outdoor seating, fire pit and BBQ.
Shed space available if wanted.
Off road parking space available.
Non smoking home.

About me:
I am a 32 year old female working professional within the NHS.
I work mostly day shifts with occasional night shift.
I regularly attend the gym, out for walks, running, and enjoy going for lunch with friends.
I am a kind and friendly person, well mannered.
I enjoy cooking and baking.
In the summer I am laying in the garden with a good book, in the winter I am hiding under a blanket binge watching Netflix.
I am a clean and tidy person, and enjoy doing DIY.
I have a cat, therefore am unable to welcome any other pets presently.

Deposit to be paid to secure room and rent to be paid up front. (Sorry, I have had people not pay in the past).
Bills included - access to Netflix, Prime, and Disney+ if wanted.
