The person must be a non smoker. (This is a strictly NON smoking/or vaping property).

This spacious room comes with all bedding fully furnished and has plenty of cupboard space for storage and also a double built in wardrobe and a TV.

The kitchen/dining area is a shared space by us all which is spacious and well equipped and there’s also use of a microwave. I provide your own space within the fridge for your items.

The kitchen leads onto the large garden which your also welcome to make use of with two large decked areas as well as a large lawned area.

Cambridge bus route is close by allowing ease for transport to Cambridge and the Granta Science Park.
The local town is just a 15 mins walk away and there are several supermarkets nearby Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Aldi, Iceland and Lidl.
