A double room (but for single occupancy), fully furnished with bed, mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The shared kitchen is equipped with everything you need and there is a utility area with a tumble dryer.

You’d be sharing with 3 other people.

All bills are included, as well as WiFi and a regular cleaner.

References from a previous landlord and employer will be required.

All of the existing housemates are clean, tidy and quiet. They all like a peaceful environment so the new housemate needs to be leading a similar lifestyle. There is a garden for communal use, too.

It’s a short walk into Haverhill town centre.

There is the 13 and X13 bus which go to Cambridge city centre in around 40-60 minutes.

Please note that one of the tenants has a cat. The cat does not roam freely around the house. It only stays in her room or outside.
