This is a double sized room with double bed, but for single occupancy only.

It’s a large room with all furniture included - double bed, mattress, wardrobe, desk, chair, mirror.

All bills are included. Gas, electric, water, council tax, WiFi, cleaner, tv licence, gardener

The other housemates are very clean and tidy, they are all workers so want a quiet house without too much noise.

It’s recently been refurbished so the bathroom, kitchen, all flooring etc are all new.

There is one main bathroom upstairs, a separate toilet upstairs and also an additional toilet downstairs.
