This is a large (11m2+) double sized room with a double bed, but for single occupancy only.

All furniture included. Please see video for how the room looks.

All bills are included. Gas, electric, water, council tax, WiFi, cleaner, gardener

The other housemates are very clean and tidy, they are all workers so want a quiet house without too much noise.

It’s recently been refurbished so the bathroom, kitchen, all flooring etc are all new.

There is one main bathroom upstairs, a separate toilet upstairs and also an additional toilet downstairs.
