Nice sized room in a peaceful, very clean and ideally located home. We are within easy walking distance of the town of Haverhill. And surrounded by great travel links to Cambridge and Bury. Super fast internet plus all bills are included. Room has a nice sized double wardrobe, tall boy, and dressing table. The room currently has a single bed, but for the right tenant, I would be willing to upgrade to a small double, as the room has the space. Use of the kitchen, dining room and bathroom with a softened water shower. Sharing with myself (landlady) and 1 other who has been here 2+ years. On street parking. Working professional only.
