We have a shared bathroom with a rain shower head over the bath. The kitchen has recently had a refit with new appliances and a large dining table. The downstairs WC is fitted with the washing machine.

I am only 5 mins from the town center
, cinema, shops etc and is 30 mins from Cambridge, Bury St Edmund's and saffron Walden. We have a bus stop at the end of the road which serves all of the above.

I have completely rebuilt and decorated the upstairs of my home and am in the process of making the front garden into off street parking, landscaping the garden and then decorating the sitting room. Temporaliy I use the sitting room as my bedroom until June/July when I have finished the renovations. Then there will be access to the 72' back garden.
