Available is a nice double bedroom, for single occupancy It has a large cupboard/wardrobe double bed, bedside cabinet and chest of drawers. The room has recently been decorated and had new carpet

The person will share the bathroom, with 2 other people. It has toilet, basin and walk in large shower cubical. There is a 2nd toilet downstairs to use. Other rooms in the house are en-suite.

The house is a large comfortable detached house, with good facilities it has: A large fully equipped kitchen breakfast room, with fridge & freezer a hob, double oven, microwave, etc
Lots of plates bowls cups and cutlery. It also has shared space, with a sofa and TV as well as breakfast bar/table where you can socialise & relax, whilst cooking if you want.

The utility room has washing machine and tumble dryer, iron ironing board etc there is also a hoover available for cleaning your own room. We keep all communal areas clean.

There is a patio area and a nice south facing garden, to sit in the grass is kept cut in spring/summer
