House features a large garden with pond, big kitchen with all amenities, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine etc, comfy sitting room with wood burner. You will have your own sole use shower and toilet, and shared use of larger bathroom with roll top bath, and rest of home, kitchen etc..

There is private off-road car parking beside the cottage.

Bungay is 5 minutes drive. Beccles and Halesworth is 15 mins away.

House will be shared with myself, and rent includes all bills, including, heating, water, council tax and wood for burner, internet, etc.. If couple will add reasonable amount to account for extra use.

I have lovely garden and orchard, so a free share of fruit and vegetables is also included. :-).

You will be sharing with a single professional male who is friendly and easy to get along with. I’m a scientist (biologist), liberal and left leaning, well travelled with grown up children and young at heart. Interested in fitness and adventure, the environment and natural world, music and science.

Looking to cohabit with friendly and easy to live with housemate/couple of any age, race, sexual orientation or gender. Must be working or student, friendly and happy to contribute towards a clean, tidy and happy home. I will respect your personal space at all times.

I travel quite a bit so you will often have home to yourself/yourselves.
