This popular area of Ipswich, a few minutes walk from the train station and 5 minutes walk from the marina, is a perfect place to live for tenants requiring easy access to the Ipswich train station. This spacious, 3 story, semi detached property is situated in the leafy end of Burrell Road and is also close to the town centre and amenities.
The property is very well laid out and decorated to a high modern standard, giving the feeling of style and space throughout.

We are preferably seeking working professional tenants who will be fully referenced so everyone living in the property is like minded. The small double rooms are fully furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe and a bedside cabinet.

All rooms are named after popular parks in Ipswich so don't delay in viewing the property to ensure you secure your most desirable!

The property offers two kitchens; a large kitchen diner on the ground floor which leads out to the private and secure garden at the rear and a smaller kitchen on the top floor. There is a washer dryer, washing machine and separate tumble dryer so plenty of amenities for all house mates to use. There are also 3 large fridge freezers which are labelled by your rooms number so equal space is provided for all. You will also be designated a labelled kitchen cupboard upon move in.

Our cleaner will be in attendance at the property weekly to keep up the high standard of cleanliness we expect and will also be cleaning the ensuite bathrooms on a rotation basis.
Please note that there is NO parking at this property but there is a single yellow line outside the property that visitors can use after 6pm and before 8am as well as all day Sunday.

A six berth lockable bike park is located through the back gate at the rear of the property.
We do offer a 2 month stay in this property but our preference is to find longer term tenants at 6 months or more.
