Single room available with its own toilet (not shared) for renting in a two bedroom flat near the train station. There is currently a tenant living in the flat, a very nice and friendly lady, Anne, and she's got her own room with her own toilet.

The only shared area will be the living room and the kitchen.

The flat is at a walking distance from the train station and supermarkets and 15 minutes walking from town centre and the marina.

I am looking for a clean and considerate person to rent my cozy, single room.

While at home, Anna will respect your personal space and she will not to disturb you. She has many hobbies such as reading, walkings, going to the gym and she would love to find a person with similar interests but not only.

Anna would love a good company, however she is not into parties or people gathering so she would prefer a person who likes a peaceful and quiet environment at home where they can relax.
