I have a small double room to rent in a 3 bed property. It is a 5 minute walk to the station and 10 minutes walk into town.
This is a new build and in very good condition.
There is a large shared kitchen/ dining room with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
There is a small shared lounge room and toilet as well as a shared bathroom.
Garage storage also available.
Whilst no TVs in the bedroom available there is a large wardrobe, bedside table and chest for storage. Storage also under the bed.
There are two TVs in the property.
There is also a office space for an extra price.

Looking for a female tenant between 18 and 30 ( may consider older depending on circumstances). Must be tidy and clean up after themselves. This is a council tax C band. I work from home once a week but spend quite a bit of time out and about. It will be shared with only myself.
