Cosy double room with extra desk/clothes space

Ideal for students as less than 15 mins walk to Suffolk University Ipswich campus. Quiet area. Attrractive double room with extra landing space for a clothes rail and desk which I'll provide if useful.

Must like cats! There are two in the house. Be able to be fairly quiet when I am working - I work in a home office at varied times (as a counsellor). 2 x bathrooms and 1 large kitchen diner overlooking pleasant garden. Lounge with log burner. Will provide fridge, freezer and cupboard space.

I wouldn't expect you to do much except maintain the spaces as you find them, not cause damage obviously, clear up any food mess/own washing up and keep the bedroom clean. I work a lot and the house is spaceous so I would hope you find this is a relaxing peaceful environment for you.
