I´m looking for a tidy, friendly and respectful female lodger to share my lovely, cozy home.
I have a spacious room to rent in a 2-bed property. The room is fully furnished with modern furniture: double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, wardrobe and a full body mirror.
There is a shared fully equipped kitchen and dining room with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine.
There is a cozy shared living room with a tv and a shared bathroom; and a spacious garden.
All the bills are included.
If you drive, there is plenty of on-street parking and the house is located at 5min driving to A14 and A12. The bus stop to town centre and other main locations is in the main road just few steps away. If you walk, the house is located 25min away from town centre.
I am a female healthcare profissional, so this single occupancy is suitable for a profissional (preferably not working from home), an easy-going, clean, and considerate
person.
